Our Process

The process of effective change is a series of stepping stones.  Each stone will help you to reach your optimum potential and maximise your revenue.

Step 1 - Initial Consultation

First meeting is with the business owner/management team to explore how we can help you and also explain how we work.  We have specific questions we need answers to but most importantly we need to know where you want to go and how you would like your company to be.  What are your concerns?  What changes would you like to make but the day-to day business/emergencies are taking up all your time?  Are you getting the best out of your employees?  Do you need to use your capital more efficiently?  Would you like to have more capital/profit?

Step 2 - Agree Terms of Business

Having listened to your main objectives, we tailor a plan and outline how our work can fit within your business, the projected costs and agree our ‘Terms of Business’.

Step 3 - Business Review

We will assess as many aspects of your business as you have requested and, as appropriate, we complete a root and branch review of your systems, processes, products and staffing and report back with a recommended plan of action. 

Step 4 - Action

We meet to discuss our suggested plan of action and agree with you the recommendations you would like to implement, along with the timeframe and milestones to be achieved.  We will be giving you feedback, assisting and supporting you every step of the way throughout this process as much or a little as you choose. 

Step 5 - Performance Review

On completion of our work we review the changes implemented against the objectives you initially set.  We will do this on a regular basis to ensure you stay on track.
